There is no age limit, however Hearthstone is considered a senior’s community. We cater to older adults through the services offered in the Hearthstone Club’s Basic Service Package (BSP).
Currently Hearthstone has a doctor on site. He is accepting residents into his practice. We have a pharmacy and an array of other health and wellness services and service providers such as physiotherapists, massage therapist, hair stylists and an esthetician to name a few. Hearthstone also employs Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who can provide personal services in a care plan customized just for your needs.

No. Hearthstone is a community of purchased condominiums. We don’t have rental units on site but owners can purchase suites and then have the option to rent their unit but all the same services apply as they do with others.
Condo ownership automatically enrolls you in the Hearthstone Club via the Basic Service Package or BSP. Club membership is mandatory and gives members access to: 24-hour emergency response, a meal credit in our Club restaurant, weekly shuttles to local malls and shopping centres, four hours of housekeeping each month, and access to a variety of fitness and social programs as well as all Clubhouse amenity space.
Of course! You own your own condo, you can have your friends and family over anytime you wish! There is no cost for overnight guest parking.
Just like any other condo, owners are required to set up Etobicoke Hydro accounts and if you choose, the services of Rogers and Bell for TV/Phone/Internet.
Rogers provides access to channel 989 in house which offers 24 hour information about the activities and special events throughout the home. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available on the 2nd and 3rd floor areas for owners and their guests.
