Our concierges are the best in all of Toronto! They are so helpful when we arrive at the front entrance from our shopping trips, or grocery store runs. They take all our reservations including lunch and dinner, upcoming shuttle trips, and hair appointments to name a few. They remind us of our appointments, and tell us if we have a delivery to pick up. They know all our names, and even recommend who we may want to sit and have dinner with. We are so fortunate to have such a helpful, caring, attentive staff. They are a very welcome addition to the amenities offered at our wonderful home, and we thank Hearthstone for hiring this great concierge team!
Living at Hearthstone by the Bay is fun.....Franki Valli, Neil Diamond, ABBA, Beatles are all entertainment groups that have visited. The dining room filled with dancing and laughter does my heart good!

What we like about Hearthstone by the Bay is the ownership aspect. No more throwing money away on monthly rent like traditional retirement communities. Our family sees this place as an investment.
