The concierge team maintains an atmosphere in which residents, family members and all visitors are welcomed to the Hearthstone community and feel secure in the building. Performs administrative duties and assists where needed with residents, staff and management.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Key responsibilities:
Receive, sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, parcels for residents.

Accept and record registration for signup sheets, e.g. medical appointments, dining room reservations, recreational outings.

Ensure sign in procedures are followed and maintained for all guests and contractors, etc.

Monitor all security equipment and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Complete related incident reports, and ensure all are apprised of situations.

Ensure the building is secure at all times through monitoring of all computerized and electronic video equipment, screening of building visitors, and completing scheduled security checks throughout the building.

Embraces the notion that a concierge is a Director of First Impressions, and remains professional, and positive at all times.
